Who we are
Utopia Trail Limited (“Utopia Trail”, “we”, “us”) is a company based in Hong Kong that designs, develops and publishes mobile apps. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and our apps, how we use it, and the choices you have. Some apps may show additional notices for features that need extra data.

- Information you give us: your name, email address and message when you contact us, and any feedback you send.
- Information collected automatically: device model, operating system and version, language, app version, approximate location based on IP address, crash reports and how you use app features.
- Identifiers: advertising or analytics identifiers on your device, where an app uses ads or analytics and your device settings allow it.
- Content you choose to use: some features, such as document tools or AI-powered tools, work on files, text or images you select. If a feature sends that content to our servers or to a third-party AI provider, the app will say so before it does.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain and secure our apps and website.
- To fix bugs, measure performance and improve our products.
- To respond to your questions and support requests.
- To show ads and measure their effectiveness, where an app includes ads.

Sharing information

App stores process payments for purchases and subscriptions, and we do not receive your payment card details.

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
